What's New and Different in the Speed 7 GP
With the recent announcement of the Speed 7 GP Jorge Lorenzo Collector's Edition smartphone, we think it would be a good idea to explain to consumers exactly what are the differences between this device, and the Speed 7 Plus.
We should start by making it clear that the Speed 7 GP is, in essence, a customized version of the Speed 7 Plus, keeping all the internal original technical specifications of the Speed 7 Plus, while adding the Jorge Lorenzo specific touches to its design and packaging. Let's get to specifics...
Looking at the phone itself, the Speed 7 GP only exists in black and sets itself apart by having Jorge Lorenzo's personal signature and trademark race number both emblazoned on the back cover.
When acquiring the Speed 7 GP, you will be investing in a premium collector's item with an extremely limited production run. One where the packaging is as special and valuable as the device itself, if not even more so in the long term. With that in mind, very special attention has been applied into the design and aesthetic line of the box that carries the Speed 7 GP and its accessories.
First and foremost, the Speed 7 GP was created with Jorge Lorenzo's fans in mind, and for everyone that follows the thrills and excitement of MotoGP racing. The front of the box clearly speaks to that, with a motorbike rider represented in chrome red over a deep black background. Jorge Lorenzo's signature and race number (“99”) are also represented, together with ZOPO's logo.
Inside the main box, users will find the Speed 7 GP, as well as individually placed boxes containing a set of earphones, USB cable, plug charger, battery, and paper documentation (warranty, instructions manual and a special Jorge Lorenzo greeting message card). Each little box has a logo representing its content, and every single accessory (except for the battery) has been specially designed for this collector's edition and obeys the black and red aesthetics of the overall set. The best materials available have been used as well.
At the end of it all, the main difference about the Speed 7 GP is difference itself. It's unique.
